My fucking camera breaks again!!!! Except this time I didnt drop it in a cup of beer, the zoom lense is stuck for no reason and I cant turn it on. GRRRRRRRRRRRR so frustrating. I cant even upload the pictures from this weekend.... I did find a couple of pictures online tho so here they are.

haha  Pat on stage fuckin around just before the video, his part was fucking sick. After the premiere we all went to this bar that was full of lame ass bros. I guess these guys were hating on Pat throughout the night for no reason but we didnt realize. Janna just overheard them saying something like, "Check that dude out bro." Later that night he decided to piss in the bathroom trashcan and got kicked out LOL. Just as he was getting kicked out fucking bro, who according to Tara looked like a pygmy with tribal tattoos comes running pulls of his shirt ofcourse, and starts punching Pat for no fucking reason! And then all these other bros come running out!! Leave it to some Vista bros to do some gay ass shit like that! He then proceeded  to knee our friend Dupes in the fucking forhead,three times!

I fucking hate birth control

Drink, drink, and more drink. Four day weekend and took advantage of it, Friday night was nice n mellow, John and I went down to newly remodeled Little Joy to meet up with Emily. The three of us ended up sitting at the bar all night with the result of being pretty fuckin wasted. We drove back up to Johns played music, sang some tunes and stayed up till the sun rose.

Daniel, Johnique, and I lurked around for a bit on Saturday night, we had to stop so I could pee, and this lil guy was hangin out, hes so ugly ha Johnique says they attack. Do they really ? Stooph scooped me up later on that night and I spent the night at her place. Ana and Renata scooped me up Sunday morning for this all girl skate contest on Venice beach. In which the course they put together fucking sucked ass. Amy won 1st place and 5 g's (CONGRATULATIONS AMY!). Later on everyone met up at The Standard and had a few drinks with Sophie cause she was leaving Wednesday(awww goodbye Sophie you will be missed)... well maybe more than a few, but shit is expensive .

Leticia also threw a keg party that night, which I must say was quite amazing :). We had so much fun, my brother played guitar and everyone broke into song or played an instrument. We were indoors by 3am only to play the drums and electric guitar inside where everyone was dancing and fucking around. The cops came at 5am and their lame asses sat outside for like thirty minutes with their bright bright lights beamed right onto the house. So after all the skating, drinking, singing, drinking, dancing, and drinking......... We called it a night :)

Sunday was definitely a fun day. I woke up, showered, and made my way out the door into the scorching hott no wind blowing atmosphere. Ugh I hate it. Im guessing its cause of the fires. I arrived at Steph and Jules place, and headed over to Burton. They were throwing a BBQ and had a few kegs, hotdogs and hamburgers. Theres nothing like free BBQ and booze on a hott sunday right. Anyway booze ran out and Jamie was nice enough to give us a ride to 7-eleven where we picked up some fortys!

Hit the sack and was hung over as shit the next day. I've been trying to uplaod the footage I have for the past three days but I lost my firewire and finally bought a new one yesterday, that being said hopefully it'll be up by Monday ( and amrit you'll be the first that get it :) ) . Once again this will have to do for now.

Marijuana may protect against braing damage from binge drinking!

Alright, alright... You're probably thinking, "Wow she sure loves her weed."

Well the answer is yes I do. The truth of the matter is my friends and I always enjoy new reasons why we should continue to smoke, this is a very big topic of discussion with us. haha

Anyhow the other day Jules brought it to my attention that marijuana may protect against brain damage from binge drinking. Why you ask? Alright I'm gonna try and make this as quick as possible. Reasearchers at the University of San Diego conducted this study on students the from the age of 16-19. They divided these groups into three different catagories. Binge drinkers, Binge drinkers who smoke weed, and a a group that had little or no experience with "drugs" or alchohol. Turns out the binge drinkers group showed evidence of white matter damage in eight regions of the brain and the marijuana smoking binge drinkers only showed damage in three of the eight regions, and in seven regions they had higher scores meaning less damage. Muahaha thats cool.

The reasearchers wrote: “It is possible that marijuana may have some neuroprotective properties in mitigating alcohol-related oxidative stress or excitotoxic cell death.” The scientists noted that such protection has already been shown in lab and animal studies.

In a statement issued by MPP today, director of state campaigns Steve Fox said, “This study suggests that not only is marijuana safer than alcohol, it may actually protect against some of the damage that booze causes. It’s far better for teens not to drink or smoke marijuana, but our nation’s leaders send a dangerous message by defending laws that encourage the use of alcohol over marijuana.” ( couldn't have put it better myself :)

The longer I go on without a camera the more depressing it becomes. Which is why I'm gonna get my ass on craigslist right after this and find one. I need my flick fix damn it , I'm fiending.

Alright well I just went on a lil camera hunt and i found a cannon 4.0 digital camera. Its simple but it'll do for now, I just need something. Anyhow last night was fun! Hami put together a good show at the King King bar. Its a lil bar behind the checks cashed on Whitley and Hollywood. Its pretty fucking cool, good bands, good friends, goodtimes :). I tried an irish car bomb for the first time, I think thats what its called, it was amazing! I got pretty shit faced and woke up on my balcony in my underwear haha, don't know how I got there. It sucks that I can't post up any pictures, but I guess me writting about it will have to do for now. Hami took a whole bunch once they're uploaded I'll post em.

Josh is comin over tonight, were working on a little music project. Its goin pretty good so far I like his music, it's nice and folky. As for Kings Road (the band) we've just been working on writting more songs, I really need to make this CD already, and get the show started. I don't have plans tonight, but The Shrine is playing tomorrow and I will be there. Everyone should come check them out, they're really good.

Lately I've been on a hunt for new subjects to film. I spoke to Josh L today and he said he's got a few things goin on that I can film. This is going to be good, really good. For starters I'm going to film the show tomorrow night, and a whole buncha side footage before they go on and after. Should be interesting. If anybodys reading this and wants me to film them let me know. I'm open to anything...... and no not porn haha.

Heres something else fun to do tomorrow. I really want to go, but I highly doubt I will find ride so I wont get my hopes up. Anyone who does drive should absolutely go.

I've never realized how many people frown upon that beautiful green smelling plant mother earth created for us to sit back, relax and enjoy. Maybe its because most of my friends also enjoy the company of sweet maryjane, and even the ones that dont smoke are alright with her presence. Scientific studies show that marijuana causes short term memory loss, tar build up in the lungs, and asthma, but it also shows that it is beneficial to the treatment of AIDS, cancer, glaucoma, multiple sclerosis, and chronic pain. Some people think we smoke to forget our problems and that being high numbs us to the environment that surrounds us. Right? WRONG.

About the memory loss, I can't say I fully agree with that statement. Yes a percentage of stoners don't remember certain things, but I for one do and know so many others who would agree. Yes ofcourse I can admit I can be forgetful at times, but I mean who isn't? It may cause asthma, and what not, but so do cigarettes and so many people support them. When I smoke her I am definately in a different state of mind, but not in a bad way. I sit, think, analyze, and break down things till they actually make sense. I dont think marijuana helps you forget your problems lol, in fact I think it helps you solve them. Especially when your with a fellow smoker and can exchange your different points of views. Yeah yeah theres the occasional rediculous theories but thats all just fun and games. Last but not least maryjane has brought me and some of my closest friends together:). I did not write this to try and convince anyone of what they believe. Many of you may not agree with this, but thats just your opinion and this is mine.

TEQUILA (billy)

I did some research and most tequilla consumed in the U.S is adultered tequila. Which pretty much means they add all this other shit to it, hence the shitty hangover you will most likely have the next day. So if you decide you wanna pick up a bottle of tequila make sure the label says its made from 100 percent blue agave, then you know you got the goods. I personally cannot drink the shit, its like Dr.Jekyll and Mr.Hyde with me. I get mean and angry, does that just apply to me or is anyone else that way?
